ゲッコー天気プライバシーポリシー

合同会社Eivrad（以下「当社」）は、アプリ「ゲッコー天気」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いを次のとおり定めます。

取得する情報と利用目的
位置情報（緯度・経度）: 現在地の天気予報を表示する目的でのみ利用します。位置情報の利用には端末の許可が必要で、許可しない場合も既定地域（東京）の天気で本アプリを利用できます。
外部送信について
天気データの取得のため、位置情報（緯度・経度のみ）を気象データ提供元 Open-Meteo（open-meteo.com）に送信します。氏名・連絡先等の個人を特定する情報は送信しません。
保存について
当社は、利用者の位置情報をサーバーに収集・保存しません。
第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。
広告・解析ツール
本アプリは現在、広告SDK・アクセス解析ツールを使用していません（導入する場合は本ポリシーを改定し告知します）。

Gecko Weather Privacy Policy

Eivrad LLC ("we") handles user information in the app "Gecko Weather" (the "App") as follows.

Information we use: Location (latitude/longitude) is used solely to display the weather forecast for your current area. Location access requires your permission; if declined, the App still works with a default region (Tokyo).
Data sent externally: To fetch weather data, coordinates (latitude/longitude only) are sent to the weather data provider Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). No personally identifiable information such as your name or contact details is sent.
Storage: We do not collect or store your location on our servers.
Third parties: We do not share user information with third parties except as required by law.
Ads / analytics: The App currently uses no advertising SDKs or analytics tools. This policy will be updated if that changes.
