ゲッコー天気 利用規約

本規約は、合同会社Eivrad（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「ゲッコー天気」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。

  1. 本アプリの目的
    本アプリは、天気の確認と爬虫類の日常のお世話記録・通知を補助するものです。
  2. 重要な注意
    天気予報、通知、お世話の目安は正確性や到達を保証するものではなく、獣医療上の診断・治療・個体別の飼育指示ではありません。飼育環境は温湿度計等で実測し、健康上の不安は獣医師や信頼できる専門家へご相談ください。給餌や保温等の最終判断は利用者の責任で行うものとします。
  3. 無料版とプレミアム
    無料版では天気、基本のお世話記録、2匹までの登録、うちの子写真のWidget・ロック画面表示等を利用できます。プレミアムでは登録数の上限解除、個体ごとの解凍前通知、今日のお世話情報のWidget・ロック画面表示、Dynamic Islandの着せ替え等を利用できます。機能は端末やOSの対応状況により異なる場合があります。
  4. 自動更新サブスクリプション
    価格、期間、通貨、無料体験の有無は購入時にApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが表示する内容が適用されます。サブスクリプションは、更新日の24時間前までに各ストアの設定から解約しない限り自動更新されます。解約後も支払済み期間の終了までは利用できます。購入の復元、解約、返金は各ストアの仕組みと規約に従います。
  5. データとバックアップ
    飼育記録等は原則として端末内に保存されます。端末の故障、アプリ削除、OSの動作等による消失に備え、利用者自身でバックアップを保存してください。
  6. 禁止事項
    法令違反、第三者の権利侵害、本アプリや外部サービスの妨害、不正購入・不正アクセス、解析・改変その他当社が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。
  7. 変更・停止・責任
    当社は、必要に応じて本アプリや本規約を変更し、または提供を停止することがあります。当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、適用法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

These Terms govern your use of Gecko Weather (the “App”), provided by Eivrad LLC (“we”).

  1. Purpose: The App helps users check weather and manage routine reptile care records and reminders.
  2. Important notice: Weather, reminders, and care prompts are not guaranteed to be accurate or delivered and are not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or individualized husbandry instructions. Measure enclosure conditions with appropriate instruments and consult a veterinarian or qualified specialist when needed. You remain responsible for feeding, heating, and all care decisions.
  3. Free and Premium: The free plan includes weather, basic care logging, up to two reptiles, and showing your pet photo on widgets and the Lock Screen. Premium includes unlimited reptiles, per-reptile defrost reminders, showing today’s care information on widgets and the Lock Screen, and Dynamic Island styles. Availability may vary by device and OS.
  4. Auto-renewable subscription: The price, period, currency, and any free trial shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase apply. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in store settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation. Restoration, cancellation, and refunds follow the applicable store’s systems and terms.
  5. Data and backups: Care records are generally stored on your device. Save your own backups against device failure, App deletion, or OS behavior.
  6. Prohibited conduct: You may not violate laws or third-party rights, disrupt the App or external services, make fraudulent purchases, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the App.
  7. Changes, suspension, and liability: We may change or discontinue the App or these Terms when necessary. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
